The article didn’t slag Kev at all, its just the idiots who post on the talkback that try and ruin it for everyone because of some misguided idea that if you hate everything it must mean that you have a superior intellect, which we all know is bollocks but there you have it. You should chill man, there’s more than enough people in the world that love Kev and Scott to ensure that their output doesn’t dry up because of ‘what people think’.

Ummm my least favorite is SModcast 43 SMorpheus its gos way to long about nothing and I never cared for the “Matrix” and after a while I wanted to just skip to the end and I’ll probably never re-listen to it but the rest of the are good.

there is a book series by harry turtledove called the worldwar series that is about alien invaders coming during the height of WWII, its great and it deals directly with what you guys were discussing today, and nazis, and even some poop. another great smodcast, thanks!

My least favorite smodcast was MassHoles because while it was funny it didn’t really go anywhere I always enjoy seeing where you guys start and where you guys end up but in massholes you guys ended up right where you started it felt like you didn’t really go anywhere you just stayed on the same subject the entire time so it seemed a little empty. but i always enjoy them and i look forward to them every monday morning.Keep up the great work!

I think this (c)Rapture smodcast was the worst one. I know Kevin Smith doesn’t intend this whatsoever, but over and over again I ask myself “What the hell is he always talking about Jesus being good?” so close to when yuo say “Holocaust” and then nazis, and etc. etc. etc. it starts sounding like your just like fuck jews up their asses with the dvd for Downfall. But like I said, I know you don’t intend it.

Hey Guys,
So it’s pretty much my ritual to take 3 Tylenol P.M. when I go to bed and throw on some podcasts. I’ve been listening to you guys since Episode 5. Now, I usually get about 20 minutes into a podcast and pass the fuck out. However, with SModcast, I always (somehow) stay awake until the end. And I swear to fucking god, once you say “Have a week,” I pass out within 2 minutes. Anyway, I really love the show. Keep it up.

I really enjoyed the “Jesus Christ!” movie discussion. It’s one of the funnier discussions that made me laugh out loud since subscribing. Don’t forget, Scott: million to one chances tend to work out nine times out of ten, so you you have a really good chance of taking out Giant Pugilist Laser-Eye Shooting Jesus or at least cause Jesus to retreat- like Ultra Man- to recharge. in his retreat Jesus would learn better pugilist skills from a Master Pugilist, hence giving the movie a Giant Pugilist Laser-Eye Shooting Jesus training montage.

I don’t think I would go see a movie about Jesus v Scott. I’ve read the book! Can’t believe you missed the story from this lovely penal colony (Australia) about this guy in the Northern Territory who was fined by the police for making his kid ride the floor of his ute. His excuse was that had to use the spare seat to belt in his slab of beer. Keep up the good work.

This may sound stupid, but Kev… Make that fucking movie!!! I know its a stretch as it probably isnt your style, but fuck it man… itll break box office records if done well… u could even make it dogma II lol…
That shit about Jesus just grabbing and hurling people (i imagine screaming) to heaven really captured my imagination. I reckon he should like grab them and (in one hand coz its more dramatic) then stare into their eyes and Jesus eyes glow (just short of actually laser beaming them) and he sees into their souls and judges them good or bad and as we discussed he launches them to heaven (would be funny to have the odd guy hit a plane or some shit and fall back down lol) But the twist is, if theyre judged as sinners and dont make the cut, he just kind of body slams them like a pancake onto the ground whereupon the demon hordes of Satan bust out from around them with flames etc. and drag them screaming to their eternal damnation…

Anyways, smodcast is mad, its like the only podcast (out of MANY) ive actually bothered to stick to. Now im finally almost back up to date after having no internet for a while few months. But then i will only have one per week max Aaargh…
