UXMEN, the Ultimates is fairly well written with astonishing art, but it's "Hey look! ALL our characters are @$$holes!" gimmick runs a little thin at times.

Not to say xmen is any less gimmicky, it just ships on time.

So far as Ultimate spidey, all of the above complaints, plus I'm not fond of the art at all, and I always liked spiderman more as a S.O.L., depressed, stuggeling late teens/early 20s guy, not a horribly disproportioned teenager who gets chicks because he's a super hero.

kick's ass and ultimate adventures is the best of all i like the batman and robin rip offs better then the shlak d.c. is putting out hawk-owl and woody rule!

Secret Wars. That fuelled my childhood. Anyone know where I can get the entire Back catalogue of Secret Wars and Secret Wars 2 for under a tenner? my mum sold my copies when I was 13 in a Car Boot Sale. Bitch U really don't want to know how much she got for all my Star Wars stuff either. I'll hate her till the day I die.
